The elected Board of Directors body, consisting by 8 leading Greek and Dutch business people, determines the HE.D.A. policies and operating procedures. The aim is to enable maximum assistance to and the provision of high quality services to the members.
The Executive Director implements and supervises implementation of the Board policies.
The Association is a legally, organisationally, administratively and financially independent organisation.
The activities of the Association, however, are organised in close cooperation and coordination with the Royal Netherlands Embassy
in Athens. The General Director of the Association is Mr. Vassilis Varoutas.
