Aiming at elevating the skills and capabilities of company/members staff, the Association cooperates and arranges training sessions
on various modern up to date subjects. A number of various institutions offering apprenticeship on modern management patterns are cooperating
with the HE.D.A., trying to adjust their courses to the staff needs. Moreover, a number of students from both countries are getting training in
exchange programs supported many times from the European Union training programs. It is the intention to organize regular repetitive courses on
subjects suggested by the members. This will enable the HE.D.A. to play a constructive role in enhancing the average educational standard of trainees.
